Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss spoke of his past challenges in a heartbreaking suicide note, it has been claimed.
The dancer, most known for his beloved stint on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, died earlier this week at the age of 40.
In the wake of his death, some of the biggest names in Hollywood have paid tribute, while also offering their condolences to his wife, Allison Holker, and their children.
According to TMZ, law enforcement officials confirmed that he left a note at the scene before taking his own life.
The outlet reports that it had an ambiguous reference to past challenges, but it is unclear what he was referring to.
Boss stepped into the spotlight in 2008 while competing in So You Think You Can Dance – where he eventually ended as a runner-up.

He went on to become a judge on the talent show in 2022, and also starred in Step Up and Magic Mike XXL.
As well as this, he enjoyed a long-running stint on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, starting in 2014 before being named executive producer in 2020.
A spokesperson for the LAPD confirmed that the performer died on the morning of December 13, after officers responded to an emergency call at a motel.
His wife, Holker, penned a heartbreaking message announcing his death soon after, which read: ‘It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us.

‘Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans.’
‘To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt.
‘I am certain there won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t honour his memory.

Boss is survived by his wife, and children Weslie, Maddox, and Zaia.
