The Bloodline ran roughshod over WWE Raw this week until Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins put a stop to their rampage.

Roman Reigns’ family – including the Honorary Uce Sami Zayn – caused chaos on Monday night’s show as they attacked several big names throughout the evening and left a trail of destruction in their path.

The night started with The Bloodline members Solo Sikoa, Sami Zayn and The Usos attacking Mustafa Ali in a handheld video, which set a theme for the show.

The chaos continued after Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows beat Alpha Academy in a fun match, but The O.C.’s celebrations were shortlived as Roman’s faction went on the attack.

Adam Pearce came out to try to calm things down as Sami promised worse for John Cena and Kevin Owens on January 30, and AJ Styles’ attempt at revenge was halted by security.

Later (after Dolph Ziggler and Cedric Alexander were also attacked backstage), Sami was able to beat the Phenomenal One in a fantastic clash after Sikoa’s Samoan Spike left AJ open to the Blue Thunder Bomb.

Seth Rollins came out and claimed Roman Reigns doesn’t run Mondays, which led to Austin Theory coming out for a fiery exchange between the two rivals until The Usos came out with the US Champion doing a runner and leaving The Visionary alone.

KO came out to stop the beatdown, which led to the main event being made between Jimmy and Jey and their rivals.

This was a wild and thoroughly entertaining match with plenty of interference from Theory, the Good Brothers, Sikoa and more until KO hit the Pop Up Powerbomb to pin Jimmy, setting up a tense staredown with Sami Zayn to end the show.

Bayley beats Becky Lynch, Bronson Reed returns and Alexa Bliss attacks Bianca Belair with a vase

The first match of the night saw The Street Profits – accompanied by Akira Towaza – beat The Judgment Day duo Damian Priest and Finn Balor.

Tozawa threw his drink in Dominik Mysterio’s eyes, causing a distraction which led to Montez Ford pinning Balor, and Rhea Ripley confronted the former 24/7 Champion to a match.

In a rare intergender clash on WWE TV, Ripley dominating Tozawa in a well-executed bout, with the latter not getting any real offence on the former Raw Women’s Champion.

The Miz faced Dexter Lumis in a Winner Takes All Ladder Match with the money hanging above the ring, and while the bout had its moments, it wasn’t as fast paced as fans have come to expect.

The conclusion came when Bronson Reed made his shock return to WWE to cost the Tortured Artist the match, beating him down and helping the A-Lister to victory.

In a cracking backstage segment, Alexa Bliss and Bianca Belair sat down for an interview with Byron Saxton after the Goddess recently became Number One Contender to the Raw Women’s Title.

At the end of the tense chat, Bray Wyatt’s logo flashed up on screen behind them and Bliss snapped, grabbing a vase and smashing it over the head of the EST.
This was exactly what their feud needed, and Bliss’ descent into madness is still an intriguing story.

In the show’s penultimate match, Becky Lynch found herself dealing with Bayley and her Damage CTRL teammates, although eventually Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky were booted from ringside.

However, the eviction actually ended up costing The Man as the referee didn’t see Bayley use a monitor to strike her rival.

She followed it up with the Rose Plant and picked up a huge win in a brilliant bout.

WWE Raw airs Monday nights at 1am on BT Sport 1.
