I hate wearing bras – people tell me I should cover up but I’d rather die

WEARING a bra or going without one is a personal choice, but after facing criticism about her preference, one woman has made her decision into a very public statement.

She swore off wearing a bra in a dramatic way, and her followers were quick to agree.

According to TikTok user Kailey, there’s nothing worse than wearing a bra, and she won’t hear any arguments.

In a video on the platform, Kailey used a sound clip from the show Bob’s Burgers to emphasize the gravity of her position.

Using the caption, she substituted the speech from the audio with a criticism she hears regularly: “Put. A. Bra. On.”

Then, lip-synching along with the clip, Kailey expressed her honest reaction.

“I. Would. Rather. Die,” she mouthed.

She even underscored the sentiment by throwing up her middle finger, then restating her point in the video description.

“I hate bras,” Kailey wrote, making things crystal clear.

While her declaration might seem dramatic, a large number of Kailey’s viewers were immediately on board.

Dozens of women voiced their agreement, and unlike bras, they provided comfort and support.

“Gotta let the girls be free,” one woman said.

Another admitted, “Don’t even remember the last time I wore one.”

Many people tagged their bra-hating best friends or partners, resulting in a flood of “haha, it’s me” comments.

One woman shared the video with a fellow member of the club, but made a notable exception.

She said they both preferred to go bra-free, except when wearing a standalone bra in place of a top.

A different woman expressed remorse about the bras that could’ve been in her life, but had one major flaw.

“Some are so comfy or cute but they can NOT have underwires,” she lamented.

Other women wrote snarky comments about feeling like their bodies were policed unfairly.

“We shouldn’t even have to wear one,” a supporter argued. “But you know men.”

“Yeah, cause God forbid our nips are present,” Kailey quipped back.
