Antonia Higham has made a name for herself as a elegance and femininity expert, but her most recent tips have left people divided.
Posting on her TikTok account, the pro shared some of the things we should all avoid.
Charm bracelets
There’s nothing wrong with the off jewellery charm here and there, but having a bracelet full of charms is usually a big no-no.
Antonia revealed that “juvenile” charms are the worst and can instantly make you look loads cheaper.
Long fake nails
If you want to look classy and elegant, it might be time to ditch the long fake nails.
Besides being totally impractical, the elegance pro reckons that look a bit tacky.
Go for something short and sweet instead for a timeless look.
Facial piercings
“A lot of facial piercings” are going to cheapen your appearance as well, Antonia says.
Although a small nose stud might be ok, you might not want to go overboard with much more than that if you’re trying to look posh.
Patchy fake tan
There’s nothing wrong with wanting to fake a glowy tan, just make sure you scrub it all off before it goes patchy.
Better yet, go to a professional spray tanner to get a more flawless look that wont be patchy!
Extra long fake lashes
The elegance expert revealed that long fake eye lashes should be ditched as well.
Not only are they a nightmare to apply, but even if you fork out for expensive ones they’re still going to look cheap, according to the pro.
Instead for for a more natural look with mascara, or a add a few fake individual lashes to create a fuller look.
