Not to alarm anyone, but there’s a possibility that the Queen of Daytime TV, aka, Alison Hammond might be walking down the aisle soon.

Ok, perhaps that’s an exaggeration, but the former Big Brother star has said she’s at least open to getting engaged again now she has ‘someone special’ in her life – and we love that for her!

The This Morning presenter has kept her relationships private for the most part over the years, but she split from her fiancée Jamie Savage in 2017 after three years of dating and has a 18-year-old son Aiden with her ex Noureddine Boufaied.

In 2020, Alison was also briefly involved with Ben Kusi after they met on Celebs Go Dating

But in adorable news, Alison is now in love with a mystery man and if he decided to pop the question she’d be happy to say ‘yes’.

The 47-year-old television personality told My Weekly magazine: ‘There’s someone special and if he wants to pop the question, he can pop away.’

Alison revealed she has been with the guy for a little while now and that he ‘worships’ her and proves it by giving her a daily foot rub, which is exactly the kind of pampering she deserves, right?

She spilled: ‘A year-and-a-half I’ve been with him, and no one knew. He absolutely worships me and massages my feet every single day. What more do you want?’

Alison – who has gained a huge fan base for her riotous interviews with A-listers like Woody Harrelson, Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson – went on to express her love for making ‘happy TV’.

The Birmingham star added that she believes if she’s having a good time, then the viewer is having a good time.

She said: ‘Nowadays there’s so much bad stuff in the news. I just want to see happy TV, so if I think if I’m enjoying it, you’re enjoying it.’

Alison also mused she turned her school day talent of making her teachers ‘giggle’ into a livelihood.

Lifting the lid on what she was like as a student, Alison said her school report would read: ‘Alison doesn’t find maths easy, however, she does find chatting easy.’

‘I got on with most of the teachers. I did actually make them giggle,’ she said.

‘And I’ve ended up making a living out of chatting. They say you need to do a job you love. I love chatting and laughing and having fun with people.’
