We love Tesco and people never realise how many dupes it has – we spotted Uggs and Victoria’s Secret just for a start

TWO Tesco shoppers have shown off just how many great own-brand dupes the supermarket is offering of some of shoppers’ favourite high-end products.

Tesco is one of several UK retailers increasingly selling a wider range of homeware and clothing to keep up with rival brands.

The Lurpak dupe was on sale for £2.19 – £2 cheaper than the premium brandTikTok/@callum_maxwell/

The supermarket is one of the best with their F&F clothing collections as well as great kitchen bits and more.

Now, one couple has gone around their local store to demonstrate how many brilliant products the supermarket has on sale.

TikTok user @callum_maxwell and his girlfriend took part in the social media app’s ‘doop’ challenge.

This is where people go out on the hunt for the best high-street dupes of premium favourites.

To start, they roamed around the kitchen section looking for some of the best gadgets available in Tesco.

They found a George Foreman-style grill available for £24, while the original brand product retails for roughly £45.

Next up, they showed off a gorgeous 12-piece set of crockery which is a dupe for Ikea’s FÄRGKLAR range, with the original at £45.

The pair moved onto Tesco’s clothing section where they found some even more impressive items.

These included a Victoria Secret bralette dupe priced at less than £10, with the original at £20.

A Jack Wills-style long-sleeve polo top was also picked out, featuring the signature pink and blue stripes.

The Tesco version costs £19.50, whereas the premium brand costs at least £36.99.

They then found a dupe of the brand Adanola’s sweater and joggers, with the Tesco product costing just £17.50 (or £12.50 with a Clubcard) for each piece.

Meanwhile, similar products in Adanola cost £49.99 each for a sweater and joggers.

As they continued to wander around the supermarket, they explored the frozen section.

Tesco are currently selling their own version of Ben and Jerry’s Cookie Dough ice cream for just £2.30.

This is less than half the price of what the retailer has the original product on sale for at £4.80

Finding yet another foodie dupe, they picked up a McDonald’s Big Mac dupe.

The Snacksters Big Stack Burger comes in at just £1.79, whereas a Big Mac will set you back at least £4.19.

Elsewhere, we’ve all seen just how expensive Lurpak butter is now in different supermarkets.

Their 500g edition is currently priced at £4.46, in line with competitor Aldi.

Tesco’s own version of the product – conveniently called Butterpak – costs just £2.19 for the same size.

Back to the fashion section, you can pick up the F&F Grey Snug Bootie for just £16.

These are perfect for fans of the Classic Ultra Mini UGG boots, which retail for £135.

Viewers in the comments were wanting to try out the trend for themselves and planned to make similar videos.

There were plenty of impressed TikTok users too, with one sharing: “Omg they do the Aldi McDonald’s dupe in tescos?!”

Someone else weighed in: “That tracksuit tho not a bad doop.”
