Social life getting in the way of Love Island? We’ve got you covered. (Picture: ITV)

Kiss goodbye to your social life for the next few weeks as Winter Love Island 2023 returns to our screens tonight (January 16).

This year’s exciting line-up of sexy singletons preparing to crack on in the South African villa includes Owen Warner’s ex and Michelle Keegan’s body double.

But if you can’t get out of that birthday dinner or your boss has scheduled you in for a late-night shift then you’ll want to know when you can finally catch-up on the latest episode before seeing spoilers on social media.

Here is everything you need to know about streaming the show on-demand.

What time is Love Island available to stream on demand?

If you missed watching Love Island on ITV at its usual time of 9pm, the show is uploaded to stream on ITVX once the show has finished airing on TV.

This will typically be at 10pm – but some special episodes (such as the launch and certain recouplings) will continue to 10.30pm or 10.35pm.

While ITVX is the new, rebranded on-demand site, a previous statement from ITV on how it worked with pushing content online read: ‘We want you to be able to watch our shows when it suits you, so we aim to get them onto the ITV Hub as soon as possible.

‘Many shows, such as the soaps, dramas, and documentaries will be available to watch just after they’ve finished on TV.’

If you have WiFi or mobile data, then you can watch it on your morning commute.

ITVX is free to download and watch, but if you want an ad-free Premium account (as well as access to more shows), you can get a seven-day free trial and then pay £5.99 per month or £59.99 per year.
