I’m plus-size and did a haul from Kim Kardashian’s Skims — the T-shirt was so tight, in an unexpected place

A PLUS-SIZE woman tried on her new Skims haul and has found unfortunate flaws with the apparel.

Nida, a makeup and fashion influencer, tried on the Skims items in a video shared with her TikTok followers.

Nida, a plus-size influencer, was confused why a shirt and shorts in the same ‘shade’ were different colorsTikTok

She purchased the items in a size 3x/4x.

First, she tried on the Skims Boyfriend T-shirt in a 3X in the shade Onyx ($44), along with matching shorts ($46) in a size 4X.

She was surprised that the shirt and shorts were different shades of black even though they were bought in the same shade.

“This is two different blacks even though it’s supposed to be Onyx,” she said.

Another issue was that both items were large on her.

“I definitely could have sized down in both, but it’s comfortable,” she said.

“And this T-shirt… Kimberly please, if you’re gonna say something’s a 3X, understand that most 3X people have a fat neck.

“This is so tight.”

She also tried on the Boyfriend Boxer ($28) in the same shade.

“These are probably see-through but they don’t feel like super, super compressive, and the band isn’t super tight on my stomach so that’s a plus,” she said.

Next came a white tank top and matching shorts.

“At least the color matches between the two,” she joked.

She also purchased the same T-shirt in a grey color.

“This collar is not as bad as black…” she said.

“I can never have enough T-shirts, I love to wear these while I’m working from home.”

Last but not least, she picked up the viral Fits Everybody dress ($62).

“It’s not as compressive on me as everybody else with that super cinched-in waist,” she laughed.

“But it’s cute, it feels nice, and the material feels really thick.”

People took to the comments to share their thoughts.

“That dress looks good on you,” said one commenter.

“Finally a plus-size review,” said another.

“It looks good on you but I will skip the T-shirt because of the neck.”
