Stacey Solomon will be returning to screens next week with the second series of her BBC One show Sort Your Life Out, but admits there is one person’s life she really needs to get in check – her own.

The 32-year-old is just weeks away from giving birth to her fifth child, and third with husband Joe Swash, after she surprised fans by telling them she was eight months pregnant in December.

As she prepares to return to screens with her crack team to help families transform their homes, Stacey exclusively tells Metro.co.uk she needs to turn her attention to her own home over the next few weeks.

Speaking about her pregnancy, Stacey said: ‘We’re so grateful and really, really excited. I’m on sort-out fever because usually at this time of year I feel like I need a fresh start anyway so in January I do it all.

‘I’ve sorted everyone else’s lives out and now I’ve got to sort mine out. But I feel like I’m nesting and getting ready for the new baby so it’s on overdrive.

‘It’s terrible, all I can think about is what I’ve got to organise next,’ she continued.

The Loose Women panellist – who is already mum to sons Zachary, 14, Leighton, 10, and Rex, three, and one-year-old daughter Rose – recently joked she fears she will ‘sneeze’ her baby out as her due date creeps closer.

After a busy weekend at work, Stacey admitted on Monday that she was feeling ‘rough’ in an update on how she’s feeling in the final weeks of her pregnancy.

She told her Instagram followers: ‘Good Morning! Happy Monday. I don’t know what’s happening in the back room but I’ve left Joe to it, I feel like rough from yesterday.

‘It was a really long night and day, but it was really productive, I’m so glad we finished it, got it done. There’s loads of things I didn’t plan for. Obviously, I didn’t plan any maternity leave and stuff like that.’

She continued: ‘So I’m just trying to finish all my commitments and make sure I don’t let anyone down before this baby falls out of my vagina.

‘I keep saying before I push it out but I feel like I’m just going to cough it’s just going to fall out.

‘You know when you’re at that point where it just feels like it’s hanging out and I’m sucking it in to try and finish everything and get things done. Hopefully it doesn’t just sneeze out.’

Sort Your Life Out returns to BBC One on Wednesday January 25 at 9pm
