Dancing on Ice might have been flooded with complaints about Ekin-Su Culculoglu on its return, but judge Oti Mabuse says she loved the Love Island winner’s ‘sexy’ outfit.
During last week’s episode, Ekin-Su caused a stir with a raunchy performance and risqué outfit, however some people weren’t too happy, with Ofcom hit with 112 complaints.
During the routine Ekin-Su, 28, went all out and recreated the iconic crawling scene from Britney Spears’ hit Toxic, the song she performed to.
Now judge Oti, 32, has weighed in on the backlash, but said she loved what she saw.
‘It is so exciting to be part of a show that gets complaints,’ she said while appearing on The Graham Norton Show, with the episode to air tonight.
‘I thought the outfit was really, really sexy and risk taking is what is important to me.’
She added: If I had that body, I would wear less all the time!’

Also shrugging off the negativity, Ekin-Su said earlier this week that she didn’t mind ‘flaunting’ her body.
‘I mean if you’ve got a nice bum and you look sexy in a unitard, why not. Who cares?’ she told The Sun.
Despite the nude bodysuit being embellished with mirrors to protect her modesty, it wasn’t enough for some.

Intended to be a replica of the one from Britney’s 2003 music video, some called it ‘inappropriate’.

However, most viewers came to her defense, with one fan joking that Ekin-Su should have worn a ‘Sunday dress’ to keep people happy.
While she and professional partner Brendyn Hatfield, 37, scored an admirable 21.5 points from the judges, they will have to skate again this week in a bid to save themselves from elimination after landing in the bottom.
Dancing On Ice continues on Sunday at 6.30pm on ITV1. The Graham Norton Show airs tonight at 10.40pm on BBC One.
