Dancing On Ice star The Vivienne has revealed an agonising injury from a year ago has flared up during the intense training she’s going through.
The RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner, who is paired with pro Colin Grafton, is among the stars taking to the rink in a bid to be crowned champion of the juggernaut series, presented by Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
The Great British Sewing Bee contestant is battling it out against the likes of Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Joey Essex, vying to impress judges Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, Ashley Banjo and Oti Mabuse.
So far this series, Siva Kaneswaran has revealed he suffered from a concussion days before the launch, while Joey has been sharing updates on a gruesome finger injury.
And now, ahead of taking to the ice for the first show, The Viv has revealed an old injury is back again.
Chatting to Metro.co.uk and other press ahead of the show, she said: ‘I’ve got a groin injury from a year that’s reared it’s ugly head.
‘I’ve kicked myself in the shins a few times… but nothing too bad.’

This comes after the 30-year-old said she’s in the ‘best shape of my life’.
Appearing on Friday’s Lorraine, The Viv revealed: ‘It’s got me in the best shape of my life, honestly. I lost nearly two stone.’
‘But I put a bit on after Christmas,’ she added laughing, with Lorraine laughing that ‘everybody does’ indulge during the festive period.

Lorraine then asked: ‘What about injuries because everyone always asks that?’
‘I’m quite lucky,’ she began. ‘Because when I’m skating in drag, underneath all this is three inches of foam on each side of my hips. It gives me the illusion of Jessica Rabbit.

‘So I fall and I bounce straight back and I’ve got a crash helmet on,’ the reality TV star added, gesturing to their wig.
‘I’m all sorted; I bet all the other celebs are jealous.’
Dancing on Ice continues on Sunday at 6:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
