Reality TV hit SAS: Who Dares Wins is back for its eighth series.

This year’s contestants face physical (and mental) challenges as they undertake a ‘condensed’ version of the SAS Selection process, deep in the wild and humid Vietnamese jungle.

As the new series begins, just when can you watch it? And what channel is it on?

Here’s all you need to know.

What time and channel is SAS: Who Dares Wins on tonight?

SAS: Who Dares Wins is on tonight (Monday, January 23) at 9pm on Channel 4.

If you aren’t around, you can always catch up on the start of series eight by streaming on All4.

You can even catch up on all the episodes from series one to seven if you like.

Series eight is aptly titled ‘Jungle Hell’ – and will see 20 recruits take on a tough course in the jungle of Thung Ui in northern Vietnam, under the supervision of ex-Special Forces Operators.

The recruits are just ordinary people who’ve decided to apply for the immensely challenging experience.

This year’s crop includes Becky, 35, a housewife and mum living in Essex, who wanted to motivate herself after experiencing a devastating loss – and 37-year-old bin man Grant from Edinburgh, who wanted to take part after receiving an ADHD diagnosis as an adult.

Also taking part is deaf model and footballer Jamie, 32, from Worcestershire, who wanted to ‘prove to myself and others that being completely deaf doesn’t mean that I am any different to anyone else and I am able to compete just as well as anyone else’.

Mark ‘Billy’ Billingham leads the team of ‘Directing Staff’ putting contestants through their paces. He previously spent 20 years in the SAS and ranked as a Sergeant Major.

He is joined by former Special Forces Operator Chris Oliver, former Royal Marine Commando and Special Forces Sergeant Jason ‘Foxy’ Fox, and former United States Marine Rudy Reyes.

SAS: Who Dares Wins airs on Channel 4 tonight (Monday, January 23) at 9pm.
