Grammy-winning and multi-Platinum-selling Nigerian global superstar, Wizkid, has made an exciting announcement in the form of a London tour date.

Wizkid – real name Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun – is set to play in the capital this year in support of his fifth studio album, More Love, Less Ego.

The Afrobeats musician, 32, will be performing for the first time live at state-of-the-art Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday, July 29.

This marks Wizkid’s return to London after his historic three-date sold-out run at the O2 Arena in 2021, which received rave reviews.

Evening Standard wrote that his show was ‘a triumph for African music’s increasingly globalised reach.’

Meanwhile, The Telegraph praised the superstar for having ‘the O2 Arena in the palm of his hand.’

Prior to the release of More Love, Less Ego, Wizkid dropped the singles Money & Love, and Bad To Me, and also featured on Chris Brown’s track Call Me Every Day.

That’s not all, as the 13-track album features collaborations with Skepta, Shenseesa, Ayra Starr, Skillibeng, Naira Marley and Don Toilver.
