A new reality series is leaving viewers completely stunned at just how brutal and savage the competition gets – with many comparing it to a real life version of Netflix hit Squid Game.
The South Korean survival drama saw hundreds of players entering a cryptic competition in a desperate attempt to win cash, but, there was a deadly twist for those who didn’t make it to the end.
Physical: 100 follows the same competitive premise, with 100 contestants taking part in a competition to show off their physical strength and fighting skills.
The last one standing will receive 300,000,000 won (South Korean currency) after some seriously gruelling challenges.
And it’s not just civilians battling for the money, as mixed into the batch are Youtubers, Olympic Gold medallists, celebrities from dating series Single Inferno and a K-Pop dancer.

One challenge forces the contestants to hang from metal bars until they all drop off, falling into water below.
Another sees men fighting each other with their bare hands, beating each other down till one wins.
While defeat isn’t as dangerous as it may be in Squid Game, the trailer does tease: ‘Fight to the death, survive to the end’.
‘Nnew series on netflix called Physical 100 is giving me Survival of the fittest, squid game vibes,’ one person wrote.
‘Physical 100 is kinda like the Squid Game without the killing,’ another noted.

Physical: 100 is available to watch on Netflix, with new episodes dropping weekly.
