Morgan Riddle worked a corporate 9-5 before being whisked off her feet by tennis pro Taylor Fritz and landing right in the middle of Netflix’s latest documentary release, Break Point

The series – which has been split into two parts – follows the careers of the world’s 10 top tennis players as they battle it out on the infamous circuit.

Capturing highs and lows, the cameras acted as a fly on the wall and revealed what life was really like when you’re king or queen of the court.

For Taylor Fritz, the journey to eighth seed was no easy ride, something his girlfriend Morgan knows only too well.

In a diary entry that was aired during episode three, the blonde beauty shared the couple’s modern dating story and admitted they matched online before making things official in 2020.

Following her tennis beau around the world was an adjustment she made slowly as she struggled to work her corporate schedule around global tournaments initially.

Morgan decided to dabble on TikTok one morning before a match and filmed herself getting ready to sit in the players’ box.

Hitting upload with no expectations, her video soared to the top of the app’s For You page and before she knew it, a new career and a way to stay close to her partner landed in her lap.

She was now a tennis WAG influencer – whether she liked it or not.

Speaking exclusively to Metro.co.uk, the Minnesota native opened up about the ‘weird’ adjustments she had to get used to in order to make her relationship work.

‘When Taylor and I first started dating he definitely was not getting recognised at the airport and stuff like that, so I think for both of us it’s been… we’ve kind of like grown into that together,’ she explained.

Morgan spilled her thoughts on her newfound influencer-dom: ‘I never had the desire to be an influencer.

‘I was in Australia about this time last year and I was in a job I wasn’t super in love with. I knew I wanted to make a change but I was planning to quit that job and just find a different corporate job.

‘The day that I’d quit, I made a “get ready with me for my boyfriend’s tennis match” on TikTok, just for fun.

‘I was trying to pick out an outfit so I just threw up this video not even really thinking. I went to bed that night and when I woke up the next morning in Australia, the video had over a million views.

‘So then the next day I did another one and then I did another one and I’ve kind of been doing that ever since. Then I started getting brand deals and offers from companies for TikTok and I just stuck with it and I didn’t apply for other jobs.’

The glamorous life of a WAG has long been in the limelight and coveted by women everywhere but for Morgan – whose boyfriend dominates in a single players’ sport – things haven’t always been smooth sailing.

‘It’s really lonely,’ she revealed. ‘Taylor is busy training all day.
