It looks like N-Dubz fans have plenty of reasons to be excited, as the group are said to have signed a mega two-album deal.

Comprising of cousins Dappy and Tulisa Contostavlos, and Fazer, the trio reunited last autumn after first splitting 10 years ago, before heading out on an arena tour to delight thousands of fans with their hits.

They announced their reunion last May, teasing fans with a new single, Charmer, before performing 10 shows to adoring fans who certainly missed them.

And it seems like the I Need You hitmakers are here to say, with reports claiming that they’ve been hitting the studio to make new tunes.

Not just any studio either, but one used by Michael Jackson himself.

Following the success of the group’s comeback, a source said: ‘The deal is massive for N-Dubz and their fans.’

‘For years it looked like they were never going to reunite but after the success of their tour they found themselves with multiple offers on the table,’ they added to The Sun.

‘They are now signed to EMI for two new albums and are recording at Grouse Lodge Residential Recording Studios in Ireland – an hour outside of Dublin.

‘In terms of when fans will get to hear the songs everything is still up in the air but hopefully by the time their summer shows kick off at least a couple of tracks will have been released.’

The band’s summer shows begin in June at Isle of Wight Festival, with the line-up also including George Ezra, Sam Ryder, Anne-Marie, and Sugababes.

In July, N-Dubz will then begin their own shows, heading to Brighton, Scarborough, London, and Belfast, to name just a few.

Ticket holders will be hoping that the shows actually go ahead, however, given that many were left raging last year when the band had to cancel last minute.

Despite supporters waiting for hours, the band announced just five minutes before taking to the stage that they would not be performing, which the crowd branded ‘outrageous.’

In a statement on Twitter, the band said: ‘We’re so sorry we had to cancel the show tonight.

‘We tried to do everything possible to make the show happen, but a doctor advised at the very last minute that Dappy was unable to perform and needed to rest tonight…’

They added: ‘We had to take this advice seriously and consider Dappy’s health so that the rest of the tour can happen, which has so far been amazing.’

Dappy later managed to hit the stage at London’s O2 Arena, but admitted his vocal health still wasn’t 100%.
