Love Island star Casey O’Gorman fuming after witnessing loved-up Lana Jenkins and Ron Hall minutes after he was cast aside-Sabrina Barr-Entertainment – Metro

Love Island star Casey O’Gorman couldn’t believe his eyes when minutes after being ‘friendzoned’ by Lana Jenkins, he spotted her canoodling with her on-off-again flame Ron Hall.

During the most recent recoupling ceremony, Lana decided to make a decision that shocked the other islanders, when she chose to couple up with bombshell Casey, despite having clearly still felt a connection with Ron in their tumultuous relationship.

However, after spending one night in bed with Casey, she realised that she definitely wasn’t feeling a romantic spark with him, acknowledging that her heart was still with Ron.

Lana pulled Casey for a chat on Tuesday’s episode, when she informed him of how she felt.

He obviously appeared disappointed by the news, and felt especially discarded when she joked with him that she could be his wingwoman.

Minutes later, Lana and Ron could be seen by the other contestants in the villa sharing a kiss after finally reconciling.

To rub even more salt in the wound for Casey, he spotted them sharing an embrace while chatting with the other boys near the kitchen.

‘I just wanted to make her happy, and I thought I could do that,’ he said, before adding that he feels like a ‘mug’.

After seeing Lana and Ron together, Casey’s fury began to come out, as he remarked: ‘Oh my god. What the f**k? Are they taking the p**s?’

‘Could have been a little bit more respectful. I can’t believe what I’ve just turned around and seen. I feel like a d**khead,’ he added.

‘Nice guys always finish last. It’s how it works. It’s a s**t feeling.’

Several Love Island fans expressed how sorry they felt for Casey caught in the middle of Lana and Ron’s relationship, particularly as he later volunteered to sleep on the day bed on his own rather than stay indoors overnight.

‘Casey needs his mates right now and should not be outside by himself. Hope the new girl goes for him! Has been so nice since he went in!’ one person said, referencing new bombshell Claudia Fogarty.

‘Can the producers please send in a girl for Casey this is too sad,’ someone else said, while another wrote: ‘Casey is such a gentleman Lana never deserved him anyway.’

Love Island returns tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
