Aitch was just so stunned when he won his Brit Award that he dropped the S-bomb pre-watershed.

Taking to the stage after bagging a trophy for best hip hop/rap/grime act, the musician was overwhelmed, admitting he wasn’t expecting to be out of his seat so soon.

Giving his acceptance speech, the 23-year-old – real name Harrison James Armstrong – confessed he would’ve liked a little more liquid courage before being handed a mic.

‘Wow, I’m not going to lie, I never get scared… but I’m s****ing myself,’ he said.

Aitch then said he thought he would’ve had time for ‘a couple more drinks’ before his category came up.

He thanked the fans for voting, his team, and his record label at Capitol.

Aitch then got deep, as he said that ‘not many’ people from where he is from in Manchester win awards.

He also provided motivation for other aspiring music stars, assuring them that they can achieve their dreams, despite the fact that ‘five million other’ people have done it before them.

Aitch was up against Central Cee, Dave, Loyle Carner, and Stormzy in the category, but came out on top, allowing him to take home his first Brit.

Actress Jodie Turner-Smith and footballer Declan Rice presented the award.

This year’s Brits were held on a Saturday for the first time, hosted by comedian Mo Gilligan at London’s O2 Arena.

Harry Styles kicked off the night with an incredible performance of his number one single As It Was, setting the venue alight with his energetic dancing and powerful vocals.

Following Aitch’s big win, Becky Hill ventured to the stage to accept the award for best dance act, for the second year running.

In fact, the former The Voice contestant was the second singer of the night to drop an expletive, as she joked about how her planned speech would ‘go to s**t’ as she forgot what she wanted to say.
