I bought some £5 bridesmaid shoes from PLT and they were gross – people think I have loo roll stuck to my feet

A SHOPPER has slammed a pair of PrettyLittleThing clear heels for generating so much condensation it looked like she had stuffed toilet paper in the shoes.

Content creator Alyce bought a pair of plastic heels as a bridesmaid to wear to a hen do but was far from impressed when she tried them on.

She shared a video on Tik Tok showing that they didn’t fit and had severe condensation inside after minutes of being worn.

The perspex shoes were pointed-toe court shoes with a thick block heel and cost Alyce just £5.

She had just tried them on while wearing her pyjamas and found even this made them steam up.

Alyce ranted: “Shoutout to PrettyLittleThing for these f*****g shoes that don’t fit.

“And condensation… like, what?

“Also, these have been worn before.

“They’re dirty as f**k.

“This was not worth £5.

“Please do better.”

The exact synthetic material shoes are no longer sold on the PrettyLittleThing website.

However, an impressive collection of over 100 other clear heels are on sale.

People thought the fashion faux pas was hilarious and compared the look of the condensation to cotton wool and loo roll being stuffed in the heels.

One person laughed: “I thought that was toilet paper stuffed in the bottom.”

A second chimed in: “Thought it was cotton wool.”

A third joked: “The condensation is worse than my windows on a morning.”

Others suggested Alyce should have expected poor quality for £5 shoes.

A critic penned: “There’s a reason why they were a fiver.”

However, Alyce clapped back: “Some of us are not paid a lot of money.

“Oh yeah, for £5 I expected something.

“I’ve got things for a pound and it’s been good.

“Not everything expensive is perfect.”

Alyce has since ordered a pair of heeled boots with teddy bears printed on them for the upcoming hen do.
