I did a Skims latex haul – the skirt was so tight it ripped even though I talced up

ONE TikTok tastemaker’s heart ripped the same time her latex skirt did.

Style influencer Izzi Poopi got emotional after her recent Skims order was ruined.

She hated the zip-up dress and could barely fit her arms into itTikTok / @izzipoopi

And she even took preventative measures to ensure the items wouldn’t need to be returned.

Izzi posted a video on her TikTok account (@izzipoopi) where she tried on the first latex option she bought from Skims.

“Most emotional and aggressive latex try on,” her caption read.

As a known fan of the natural rubber fashion trend, the introduction wasn’t promising.

Izzi pulled out the $128 Latex Long Sleeve Dress in “bronze.”

She got it half way up her body, before the struggle began.

“F*****g hell. I don’t know why I keep doing this,” she said as she forcefully attempted to pull one arm through the sleeve.

With one arm in, she questioned what size she got as it sucked her body in.

“I’m losing blood flow in both my hands, and for what? I hate this dress,” she proclaimed.

Izzi had to wait a few days before trying the other latex items she got from Skims.

But when she was ready, the brave fashion influencer posted a video attempting to put on the $58 Latex Scoop Neck Bralette and the $78 Latex Mini Skirt in a different video.

Even though Izzi came prepared with talc powder this time, the process was no smoother.

As soon as pulled the mini skirt up, the material ripped in the back.

“I swear to god I did not rip this myself. I’m pissed,” Izzi admitted.

The blonde-haired creator wished the skirt didn’t rip because she would have liked and kept the set otherwise.

One viewer shared her pain.

“I’m sad,” the TikTok user wrote.

Another upset viewer commented: “NOOO.”

Others gave Izzi suggestions on how she can salvage the item.

Some said to wear a long coat over top, while others suggested cutting the skirt in a unique way to hide the rip or make it look intentional.
