I binned all my bras months ago – I’d wish I’d done it sooner and hadn’t wasted my money on pointless underwear

SOME women may find that wearing a bra can feel a bit like a chore.

And after a long day many can’t wait to whip them off to feel the release.

Which may be why a new trend on TikTok has started.

It is showing women around the world are ditching their bras for good.

Women have decided enough is enough, and are throwing away their bras.

For example business woman Taylor Capuano, who has over 61k followers on TikTok, has recently revealed that she hasn’t been wearing a bra for months.

She even says that she regrets buying bras in the first place.

And now she wears reusable and rewashable silicone bras which stick on to your boob.

Taylor says: “I will now be throwing away every single bra that I have ever got in order to switch to these because I love them so much.”

Filming herself throwing her bras away, she admits that she has been going braless for seven months.

She adds: “I was looking for a bra alternative and the first thing was that it had to be comfortable and the other thing was that it had to be seamless under all of my form fitting tops, since I wear a lot of body contour.”

Taylor reveals that she wears a lot of white body contouring tops, and these were perfect for her as they are seamless.

She continues: “So if you are looking to get rid of the bras that you literally can’t clean, I highly recommend making a switch to Cakes because you can use them until you lose them and they’re just so comfortable, I love them.”

Many people rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts.

One wrote: “I just bought some! I’m excited to try them.”

Another asked: “How tight does the top have to be? Like skin tight, or can it be looser?”

To which Taylor replied: “Any snug fitting top will do love as they use the body’s natural heat to adhere to the skin.”
