A new five-part series is shedding light on what it’s like to be an LGBTQIA adult content creator, who can make as much as lawyers through posting intimate snippets onto OnlyFans.
Docuseries Click Boys follows six entertainers and models sharing their real life struggles and the empowerment gained from making a healthy living on OnlyFans – an online platform where people can pay for private content.
From a former go-go dancer talking about empowerment through sexual liberation, to a proud Puerto Rican drag queen, and a Jersey-boy adult entertainer celebrating queerness through Spice Girls’ ‘Girl Power’, the six-part series delves into a new world.
The trailer, first shared exclusively with Metro.co.uk, opens with Matthew Camp beginning: ‘None of us would be here if it weren’t for sex.’
Creator Lance Charger then explains how the pandemic helped his content, after rising to fame during lockdown, overcoming body dysmorphia and finding harmony between corporate life and creating adult content.
‘Covid did help a little bit, because OnlyFans and sex workers, they all just exploded and came up to the surface in such a public way,’ he says.

The clip then cuts to the difficulties of life as an OnlyFans creator, and the fears that come with it.
‘It always does feel as though it can all be stripped away – so it feels scary like that.

Matthew then goes on to discuss his fears about coming out amid judgement, before saying: ‘You realise that if they judge me, who cares? They’re not your friends anyway.
‘I think it’s one of the most empowering things that I’ve ever done. It cannot be emphasised enough what a powerful tool this is.’
