Proud Molly-Mae Hague throws welcome home party for ‘champ’ Tommy Fury after big win against Jake Paul-Emily Bashforth-Entertainment – Metro

Tommy Fury got the sweetest welcome home upon his return from Saudi Arabia, where he won his boxing match against Jake Paul.

The 2019 Love Island star, 23, went head-to-head with the YouTuber-turned-boxer, 26, beating him by split decision in their highly anticipated fight on Sunday evening.

It was a nail-biting watch but, in the end, two judges scored the fight 76-73 in favour of Tommy, while one had it 75-74 in Jake’s favour.

So, it was celebrations all round in the Fury camp, and with Tommy dedicating his win to newborn daughter Bambi and girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague, he was surely buzzing to get home to them.

And they had plenty of treats waiting for the champion when he walked through the door, as Molly-Mae, also 23, decked out their mansion in his honour.

Sharing a snap to her Instagram Story, the PrettyLittleThing creative director put up a balloon display in the hallway, which their cute cats were equally as fascinated by.

‘Welcome home champ!’, a huge poster read alongside a drawing of some boxing gloves. ‘We are so proud of you’.

The social media star then shared a heartwarming video of the moment new dad Tommy reunited with his ‘Mrs’, as he called her.

With his belt on his shoulder and a bandage on his eyebrow, the boxer and fashion influencer couldn’t have had a bigger smile on his face.

He immediately hugged Molly-Mae, who kept it cosy at home in a pair of grey joggers and blue sweatshirt, surely keen to tell him how much she’d missed him.

Molly-Mae then posted the loveliest picture of Tommy cradling baby Bambi in his arms, as she wrote alongside the black-and-white snap: ‘Complete.’

Following his win, Tommy was eager to let his little family back home that he was thinking of them.

‘For the past two and a half years, this is all that’s consumed my life. Broke rib, denied access, and everybody thought I was running scared,’ he said in tears after the heated clash.

‘Tonight, I made my own legacy. I am Tommy Fury.’

He continued: ‘I want to dedicate this fight to my new baby girl Bambi at home and my Mrs, I love you. I can’t wait to see you.

‘This fight was for you. It’s for you Bambi, I love you.’

Tommy went on to explain how over the past two and a half years, he had a ‘dream’ and a ‘vision’ that he would win the fight, but ‘no one believed me’.

‘Now I can stand up and everybody can take note. In my first main event, 23 years old, I had the world on me, I had pressure on my shoulders and I came through,’ he stated.

Meanwhile, Jake expressed his ‘respect’ for Tommy in his own post-match interview, although he added that he wasn’t sure that he agreed with the final decision, while being booed by the crowd.
