Selling Sunset’s Jason Oppenheim teases ‘difficult situations’ in explosive new season-Rishma Dosani-Entertainment – Metro
We need new episodes immediately.
Jason Oppenheim has shed light on the upcoming series of Selling Sunset, teasing ‘difficult situations’ ahead.
Fans have been calling out for season six of the Netflix reality show ever since the last batch of episodes aired, showing the dramatic moment Christine Quinn left the Oppenheim Group.
Bre Tiesi and Nicole Young have been added to the cast alongside current agents including Chrishell Stause and Mary Fitzgerald, but we’re still in the dark about when they will make their debut on our screens.
Speaking about what we can expect from the next series, Jason admitted that he has had a ‘taxing’ time in front of the camera.
‘I thought that things would get easier for me in season six and seven,’ he revealed. ‘I would argue that it’s been the opposite. I feel more pressure to handle some pretty difficult situations. It’s been a very taxing few months.’
The stress may have something to do with filming the original series at the same time as the OC spin-off, which he said was ‘in and of itself a lot for me’.

Jason also revealed that a lot of the drama in the upcoming episodes centers around newbie Bre, confessing that not everyone in the office has ‘warmed up’ to the newest agent.
‘Most of the women have warmed up to her,’ he added to People Magazine. ‘Not everyone. There’s a lot going on right now on the drama front, to be honest.
‘So we’re in repair mode. We’re trying to fix things because there’s a lot going on.’
A lot has changed in the swanky LA office since we left the gang in season give, including two new agents and a brand new baby after Heather Rae El Moussa welcomed her first child.
However, Chrishell previously proved that tensions have been simmering in the O Group after she let rip at an unnamed co-star on social media, accusing them of being fake’.
Taking to Instagram, she shared a lengthy rant on her story in September, branding a castmate ‘thirsty’.

‘The thirst for camera time on season 6 is REAL. Wow. That was insanity. But also SO transparent,’ she fumed at the time.
‘Get your 15mins girl but leave my business out of it.
‘Screenshots have been archived for this very moment. Of COURSE you have a huge issue with me now – not before – when you have a camera crew around you.
‘I hate fake [poo emoji]. If you want camera time – JUST SAY THAT. I would have helped you get the right angle.
‘But don’t try to come for people I love or my business when you were added and I was there to hype you up excited for you.’

Addressing her followers, she added: ‘You guys are smart. I think you will see who is in need of attention and willing to throw anyone under the bus to get that 15mins.’
We’re going to need season six immediately.
Selling Sunset is available to stream on Netflix now.
