Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu let out a scream when she plunged into an ice bath on Wednesday.
Wearing just a bikini, the former Love Island star was no doubt frozen to the core, but luckily, her boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti was on hand to help.
Davide, 27, grinned as he helped his girlfriend, also 27, into the icy water.
Ekin-Su closed her eyes and grimaced as she submerged her body and wrote across her post: ‘Okay don’t laugh guys I legitimately thought I was gonna stay at least 1 min in the cold water.’
The loved-up couple were taking part in a boot camp midweek and were put through their paces during a five-hour workout.
Ekin-Su’s major sweat session comes after she revealed she’s excited about her future as an actress and admitted she has no fears ahead of the new Love Island contestants’ exit from the villa.

The star opened up to Women’s Health about her ambitions, saying: ‘They always say: “There’s a new Love Island, there’s this, there’s that, you’ll be forgotten”.
‘But that doesn’t bother me because of who I am. I know what I’m going to do in life. And I know my dream.’
Ekin-Su also said she was already working towards a serious career on screen, revealing: ‘[March] that’s when I start looking for an acting agency, putting myself out [there], you know, try to distance myself as much as I can from the Love Island scene and, yeah, be my own person.’
Wrapping up last Monday night, the current season of Love Island was hosted by Maya Jama and took place in South Africa.

Ekin-Su and Davide are still going strong, with the couple living together and actively supporting one another as they navigate their newfound fame.
