I found an absolute gem in a charity shop to flip on eBay… it’s proof you need to check what everything’s worth
A RESELLER has urged people to always do their research on things they find in charity shops… because it might just be a gem.
The content creator behind Zipsale revealed that she almost listed a top on eBay for £25 that other resellers were flogging for £100.

The COS Black Puff Sleeve Cotton Blouse is sold out in all shops.
And it was snapped up by fashion fans because chic dresser Trinny Woodall was spotted in it.
Now, the only place to get your hands on one of the black blouses is second hand.
The woman behind Zipsale was clever enough to do her research before posting it on the popular auction site.
She quipped: “This is a prime example of why you should always research items before listing.
“I picked up this COS top because it’s a great brand and puff sleeves sell really well for me.”
The reseller was left shocked when she looked the blouse up on eBay.
She said: “Now, I would have listed this top for around £25.
“But it turns out Trinny has worn it.
“So, it’s worth a lot more.”
Most sellers on eBay had the puff-sleeve number up for £99 but Zipsale decided to lowball to ensure a quicker sale.
She explained: “It sold for £60 within 15 minutes of me listing it.
“That’s the power of celebrities.”
Zipsale added in the caption: “Charity shops and boot sales are great for sourcing stock without having to spend much.”
People were impressed by the idea and flocked to the comments of her Tik Tok to weigh in.
One quipped: “Genius!”
Another penned: “Wow, how amazing!
“I need to get some cash and go to charity shops and resell.
“I’m struggling for money due to my disability.
“Thanks for sharing.”
