I’m a plus-size mom – I did a mini haul from Skims, I had to keep ‘hiking up’ my boobs in the gray swim top
A PLUS-SIZE influencer has shared her thoughts on her mini Skims haul.
The curvy creator modeled the stylish looks from Kim Kardashian’s brand.

TikTok user Maddy Gutierrez (@maddy_gutierrez_) explained: “Skims is very hit or miss for me and I haven’t tried anything on yet so we’re going to see how these work.”
In her video, Maddy modeled the $44 Boyfriend T-shirt in the color Dark Heather Grey and the matching $28 Boyfriend boxers.
The Manhattan mom told her followers that she planned to wear the sets as pajamas.
She explained: “I just love an oversized T-shirt for bedtime but I kind of wanted to feel a little bit more with it.
“Honestly, I’m kind of obsessed, I really love them. I love how high the neckline is on this and the material feels like you have washed this 100 times, in the best possible way. It’s just so soft,” she said.
Maddy continued: “The boxers are nice and high-waisted, which I really appreciate. They’re not tight at all, they’re like actual underwear, they don’t feel like athletic wear.”
The influencer concluded: “I can see myself wearing this every night to bed. Immediately going to buy more colors.”
Maddy also tried on the $64 shaping swim tank bikini top in the color Gunmetal.
“I think that there are some serious pros and cons,” the TikTok user told viewers.
She detailed: “First of all, there’s zero bra inside. I’m here for the no removable cups but there’s not even a shelf bra.
“I just feel like my boobs are going to progressively get lower and lower. Unless I’m continuing to hike them up.”
Maddy added: “The material is incredibly thick and it feels like really good quality. The straps are not adjustable, which bothers me. It just feels a little too compressive down here.”
The influencer concluded: “I’m really impressed with the quality of the swim top but I don’t think that I’m going to be keeping it.”
TikTok users took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the haul.
“You’re right about the top. I kept adjusting, so I adjusted it back into the package and mailed it back,” one viewer said.
Another follower wrote: “Love a high neckline. Thanks for the review, especially the swim top. I need at least a shelf bra and adjustable straps DEF!!”
“Soooo glad you tried the boxers! I’ve been on the fence but the waistband had me hesitating, I assumed it would be tight and constricting on me,” commented a third person.
