Cher has reportedly knocked an eye-watering $10million (£8million) off the even more eye-watering $85 million (£68.1 million) price tag of her Malibu home.

Last year, the sprawling property was listed for more than $80million, but has now popped back up on the market for $75million (£60.1million).

That’s quite the discount.

With stunning views over California’s Pacific coast, Cher’s Malibu pad not only boasts a swimming pool, tennis courts and Turkish baths – but is also kitted out with its very own, temperature-controlled wig room.  A. Room. For. Wigs.

According to the Evening Standard, the 76-year-old megastar’s home is currently listed for sale with Carolwood Estates and has been on and off the market for the past decade.

After appearing in a swanky Architectural Digest spread back in September, the paper notes it was whacked on the market for £68.1 million, but has since had millions lopped off the asking price.

Cher, real name Cherilyn Sarkisian, has lived in the 13,200 square-foot mansion since 1989, when she purchased it for $2.95 million (£2.4 million).

The superstar spent half a decade turning the property into her dream home and the interiors of it are inspired by Renaissance villas and Venetian palazzos.

Tennis courts, pool and wig room aside, the mansion’s also packing seven bedrooms, an outdoor gym, a cinema and 1.7 acres worth of land.

It comes after Cher sparked engagement rumours after being spotted sporting a very sparkly ring.

It’s thought the Believe hitmaker was gifted the jewellery by her rapper boyfriend, 36-year-old Alexander ‘AE’ Edwards.

Cher and Alexander were first linked last November when they were seen arriving for dinner together at a celebrity hotspot.

The couple announced their relationship that same month, shrugging off criticism of their 40-year age gap.
