“I have, like, thirty minutes to do my makeup,” Emma said, standing in front of the mirror as she began getting ready for her date.
Once her hair was in velcro rollers to produce “voluminous curls,” Emma started working on her face.
That’s when a disaster happened: a big blob of foundation dripped onto her Skims cotton jersey T-shirt, $48.
Emma gasped. “I’m supposed to wear this shirt!” she cried, looking at her chest in despair.
Seconds later, there was a much larger spot on her shirt where Emma had cleaned the foundation.
