I treated myself to some killer boots from PLT but was horrified when they turned up – I was properly done dirty
A FASHION fan was left horrified when she was sent WORN boots by PrettyLittleThing.
Millie Boffey forked out £52 for the stiletto kicks but quickly found the heels were bent and muddy.

PLT’s Black Croc embossed boots have a pointed toe and are made from PU material.
A blurb by the fast fashion brand reads: “Bring all the drama to your weekend wardrobe with these boots.
“Featuring a black croc PU material with a stiletto heel and a pointed toe design, we’re in love.”
However, Millie from Cheshire was far from in love when she opened the big shoe box.
The heels of the boots were bent underneath, something that the 19-year-old showcased on Tik Tok.
Viewers speculated that the previous owner of the boots had worn them to a horse racing event and got the heels stuck in the mud.
Once they wearer was done, she packaged them up and sent them back to PLT.
However, this would mean the fast fashion chain’s returns team hadn’t checked the boots before sending them back out.
One viewer of Millie’s Tik Tok said: “Tell me you went to the races without telling me.”
A second asked: “Sorry but how does that even happen?”
A third laughed: “No but whoever wore them was literally walking on the heel under the shoe.”
Others shared that they have also fallen victim to PLT’s loose returning system.
One girl shared: “I got a jumper from PLT recently and it absolutely stuuuuuuunk of cigarette smoke when I got it.”
Another said: “I bought a jumpsuit from them the other week.
“The zip was inside the packet rather than on the jumpsuit.”
One woman weighed in that she had an unexpected – and stomach-churning – surprise in one of her orders.
She said: “Returns mayhem for sure!
“They don’t look before sending them out, hence why I don’t use them anymore after I found a panty liner.”
PLT has been approached for comment.
