S Club 7 star Hannah Spearitt has been left devastated following the death of her fellow bandmate and ex-boyfriend Paul Cattermole and has revealed she ‘can’t stop crying’.

Cattermole, 46, an original member of the seven-piece pop group, was found dead on April 6 at his home in Dorset, prompting an outpouring of tributes from fans and loved ones.

Breaking her silence on his death, she admitted: ‘I’m trying my best to hold it together but once I start, I can’t stop crying.

‘And then I have to keep myself together for our two kids. I can’t even imagine any mother losing their child.’

She added to The Sun: ‘My heart is broken for him and his family. He was happier than he had been in years, so for this to happen now, makes it even more heartbreaking.’
