Bruno Tonioli wore an incredibly somber expression on his face when he was seen for the first time since the sad news of his friend and co-star Len Goodman’s death broke.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 67, was seen running errands in London on Monday and did his best to keep a low profile.

Bruno’s outing came the same day it was confirmed that Len had died from bone cancer at the age of 78.

Bruno, who used to star on Strictly Come Dancing alongside Len, wore a baseball hat and sunglasses as he popped into a shop in the capital and at one point bowed his head.

Strictly legend Len died on Saturday night after a battle with bone cancer and was being cared for in a hospice in Tunbridge Wells.

In the last photo shared before his death, Len was seen hugging Bruno with an enormous grin on his face.

It appears the last time he was snapped was in November when he reunited with Bruno to celebrate his retirement.

Bruno wrote at the time: ‘Celebrating the one and only ballroom legend Len Goodman you are the best my friend best partner I could have wished for @dancingwiththestars @bbcstrictly what an incredible adventure we sheared happy retirement.

‘Love always, Bruno.’

Bruno shared the picture again on Monday following his friend’s death, as he revealed he will ‘treasure the memory’ of their adventures on and off television.

‘Heartbroken my dear friend and partner for 19 years the one and only ballroom legend #lengoodman passed away,’ he wrote.
