A woman has heartbreakingly opened up about feeling insecure about her body and lacking confidence due to bumps all over her.

The bumps are holding her back from living life as normal, and she’s now seeking help with Dr Pimple Popper.

The TLC reality programme follows patients in America visiting dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon Dr Sandra Lee for help with their problems ranging from spots that could be masses growing on their body or squeezing blackheads.

From a ‘third boob’ behind an armpit, to a man with 400 tumours across his body, there’s nothing Dr Lee hasn’t seen, but a tearful preview for an upcoming episode shows a pretty unique case.

This comes after a grandpa who describes his nose as the ‘size of a plum’ heartbreakingly opened up about feeling ‘trapped’ inside and even too ’embarrassed’ to see his family.

In a new episode, a woman holds back sobs as she explains how her body spots have left her feeling uncomfortable.

After examining the bumps on her chest and back in the mirror, she says: ‘My bumps are holding me back from having a fulfilled relationship.

‘Going on a date, it’s a little nerve-wracking.

‘I had a “friend” and he was rubbing my body, and he rubbed his hands across my bumps.’

She tearfully explains the encounter in which her bumps were compared to ‘herpes’, a treatable infection that can cause blisters and spreads from skin-to-skin contact.

The patient continues: ‘He’s like, “What is that?”
