Bad Bunny continues to impress WWE fans and it turns out bosses could already be lining up his next big match.

The Grammy Award winning musician went from headlining Coachella and the Met Gala to facing WWE star Damian Priest in a Street Fight at Backlash over the weekend and left everyone in awe.

He overcame Priest in a huge bout at the company’s first premium live event in Puerto Rico since 2005, and got help from local wrestling heroes like Carlito and Savio Vega.

Now, Vega has hinted at potential plans for Bunny, who previously made his in-ring debut in a tag team match at WrestleMania 39 before appearing in the 2022 Men’s Royal Rumble.

Speaking to UnSKripted, the veteran said: ‘This kid has two full matches. One at WrestleMania, and this singles match against Damian Priest. He’s natural.

‘You know, they take him step by step all the way to the end, but he has the mentality. He has the power, he’s hungry for that. He loves it, he wants to make it good… He has it, and I hear they’re maybe talking about SummerSlam for him.

‘I don’t know. They know what they’re going to do. But Bad Bunny hit the ball out of the park.’

Vega got involved in the bout as he, Carlito and the Latino World Order – including Rey Mysterio – chased off Priest’s Judgment Day teammates Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio.

The Puerto Rican star admitted he would ‘love’ to make his return longer than a one night only deal and he’d be keen to serve as Bunny’s manager in the future.

He added: ‘To be honest, I’d love to, This story right there has roots, has many, many roots … If they want to do it, hey, it’s there.

‘You have many things. I already pitched something. The ball’s in their court. I know what we can do. But let’s see what happens.’
