Carol Vorderman horrified after finding used condom on I’m a Celeb toilet floor-Josie Copson-Entertainment – Metro

Carol Vorderman faced many trials and tribulations during her second round of I’m a Celebrity before narrowly missing out on the final, but she reveals one horror that was never aired.
On a seemingly normal day in camp at the South Africa all-stars version of the show, while sat on the toilet Carol was shocked to spot a condom on the floor.
During an appearance on Loose Women, the 62-year-old recounted the story.
‘This is what happened that you didn’t see on the program,’ Carol teased.
‘I was always up early with Fatima [Whitbread] and I’d wandered into this filthy toilet. It was disgusting. I’m sitting on the toilet in dim light, and I look at the floor. There’s a used condom.’
Carol then went to inform producers at the Bush Telegraph about the sighting, who told her she was being ‘daft.’

They instructed Carol to go fetch it, but naturally, she didn’t fancy picking it up!
When returning to camp, Carol was unsure whether or not to confront her fellow campmates about her discovery.
It transpires that the condom was fairly innocent, and it had not been ‘used’ in the stereotypical manner.
Carol explains: ‘I didn’t say anything, and then she [Gillian McKeith] brought it up. She’d obviously been nibbling her almonds in there or something, and everyone said: “You didn’t think it was us?”.’

Another camp mystery solved!
Myleene Klass, Jordan Banjo and Fatima Whitbread are the only people who are remaining in the pre-recorded reality show.

When hosts Ant and Dec asked about her experience on the ITV show, Carol said: ‘It’s very different, because people have done it before so they’re more savvy about it. We’ll go back to a hotel and have champagne and lobster.’
