Apparently Daisy May Cooper and Taron Egerton once shared a smooch – and our jaws are pretty much on the floor right now.
Yesterday’s Bafta TV Awards were a glitzy affair, with stars from Kate Winslet to Ben Whishaw, Siobhán McSweeney and Judi Love dressing to the nines for the lavish event held at London’s Royal Festival Hall.
Daisy oozed old school Hollywood glamour in a blush pink, floor-length gown, with a matching robe with feathered hems.
On the red carpet, the This Country star was enjoying a spirited chat with Drag Race judge Michelle Visage and her Am I Being Unreasonable? co-star Selin Hizli when they were interrupted by a celebrated Hollywood actor.
‘Can I jump in on this interview?’ Rocketman and Kingsman actor Taron, 33, casually interjected.
Daisy, 36, exclaimed in excitement before she and Taron exchanged a hug and kiss on the cheek, as Michelle looked on in sheer astonishment.

‘What is my life?!’ the Drag Race judge asked, before Daisy made an unexpected revelation.
‘Do you know I think… didn’t I snog you one night?’ she asked Taron.
‘I think we did have a snog,’ he replied, as Daisy stressed again: ‘We did have a snog!’
Michelle couldn’t have appeared more gobsmacked, while the Eddie the Eagle actor admitted: ‘Hazy memory, but yeah.’

It seemed that Daisy wanted more proof that she was telling the truth, as she asked her pal into the microphone: ‘Did we have a snog?’
Taron answered into the mic: ‘I think we might have had a snog once? Maybe? Back in the day?’
‘You heard it from the horse’s mouth!’ an overjoyed Daisy told everyone.
