The new nightwear styles comes in five designs including teal and white cheques with pink trim, lime green and lilac zebra print, and cute cherries with a red lace trim.

There is also a white and light blue flowers and a plain black with white spots version of the vest top and shorts cord.

Primark bosses at the East Kilbride, Lanarkshire shop shared a TikTok clip of the new stock yesterday.

They said: “The perfect summer pyjamas that everyone needs!!”

Their colourful clip has racked up an impressive 2.3million views.

And shoppers are going wild for the soft and colourful display.

One gushed: “I don’t care if these are PJs, I’m wearing the tops as normal tops.”

Another wrote: “i bought the blue flowery one without knowing it was pyjamas.”

A third said: “The cherry and flowers ones are mad cute.”

A fourth added: “I want the cherry one and the tiny flower ones.”

The Lanarkshire store also shared their top picks in a separate video racking up 218.7k views.

Clothing fans couldn’t get enough of the bright and colourful body suits for £7 – and matching unitards for £10.

The new collections comes weeks after Primark launched a “rainbow wall” of seamless underwear sets in six colours for just £6.

Elsewhere, a mid-sized model who loves wearing underwear as outerwear has told how trolls make her want to dress in even less.

Lucy McNally, 22, from Aberdeenshire, enjoys showcasing different skimpy outfits on nights out and has noticed she attracts stares from folk.

But she insists the judgment just makes her even more determined to stand her ground and wear what she wants.

The OnlyFans star, from Aberdeenshire, says: “I may be a middy-sized gal but wearing lingerie as outerwear, I still get the same reaction as what a size six woman would.

“Try and stop me. Some people say ‘you’ve got so much confidence for being a bigger-sized woman.”
