Remember Little Ant and Dec from Saturday Night Takeaway? Well, they’re not so little anymore…
In fact, Little Dec specifically couldn’t be bigger – specifically his muscles.
Now 25 years old, the former child star is a bodybuilder and personal trainer with an insanely ripped physique.
Dylan McKenna-Redshaw – who was last seen on TV screens in 2006 – boasts over 400,000 social media followers and keeps his fans updated with his fitness regime.
The gym-obsessed fitness coach also lives in Miami, Florida, and runs a nutrition business.
Just one look at a recent photo of him is bound to make you feel old, as the exercise fiend has rock-hard abs and bulging biceps.

His Instagram feed is full of gym selfies and side-by-side comparisons, as he posts motivational vids (with his new American accent) to give others tips and tricks on getting lean.
He is also engaged to American bodybuilder and fitness influencer Katrina Wright, who has 859,000 followers of her own.
And if you’re struggling to wrap your head around this major transformation, you aren’t alone. We can’t comprehend it.

Now 28, James Pallister works as an RAC patrolman and has done since 2015.
He also has a family of his own now, as he works across the Sunderland and Durham area and lives in Chester-le-Street with fiancé Nicole and their two young sons.
James previously said that he ‘absolutely loves’ his job and was even the proud face of RAC patrol recruitment, meaning a 70-foot photo of him appeared on the side of the firm’s HQ in the West Midlands.
Speaking about his life after childhood fame, he said via The Sun: ‘I absolutely love my job. There’s nothing better than being out on the roads helping people who have broken down.

‘I really pride myself on being able to fix most of the cars I go out to.’
The former little ones were replaced on Saturday Night Takeaway in 2010 by Neil Overend and Haydn Reid, who were aged five and six.
However, they have reunited with presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly since, with the Geordie duo, unsurprisingly, shocked at how much they’ve grown.
At the start of this year, in fact, they met up, ahead of the stars announcing this month that the next series will be their last for a while as they take a break.

Earlier this year, James and Dylan met with Ant and Dec, who were stunned over how much they have changed.
Speaking about the reunion, bodybuilder Dylan said: ‘They were shocked when they saw us, it’s been a few years since we have caught up and we are much taller!’

‘I don’t think I look like a Little Ant now but I really enjoyed the experience and its something I’ll never forget.’
