Selling Sunset star Bre Tiesi has defended Nick Cannon, who is now dad to 12 children, not paying her child support.
The 42-year-old shares his eighth child with the Los Angeles model, who, in season six of the Netflix reality series, was confirmed as the newest member of The Oppenheim Group, just six weeks after giving birth.
Legendary Love Cannon was born in July 2022, just months before Nick welcomed four more children that year.
Bre, 32, has been open about her relationship with her baby-daddy on Selling Sunset, having raved about his ‘super sperm’ while elsewhere being called out by Chelsea Lazkani over ‘monogamy’.
During a discussion with fellow real estate agent Amanza Smith, Bre admits she doesn’t ‘need’ Nick.
‘I take care of myself,’ she says.

‘I know he’s a good dad, and Nick is not my sugar daddy, Nick is not the reason I am where I’m at.’
She adds: ‘I can make crazy money by myself, I can carry my lifestyle, which is not cheap.’
‘What do I need you for? I can buy a vibrator,’ Bre jokes to Amanda, before the conversation turns to ‘financial independence’.
‘I definitely strive to be the best at everything, to the point where I drive myself insane, but I’ve worked my ass off to be where I’m at,’ she later adds in a confessional.

‘I did this all myself, and of course, my son is even more motivation, I want to give him everything from me, not from my partner.’
Amanda then questions Bre on whether it’s ‘true’ that after ten children, Nick doesn’t have to pay child support.
‘That’s true,’ she replies.
‘The way it works is like, after ten, the court can basically say he can’t afford to pay child support.
‘Or because he is who he is, they can say we know you can afford X amount, for each “household”.’
