I’m a size 22 and found dream dress in ASOS – clever lines are super flattering, it’s comfy too
A PLUS-SIZED fashionista has hailed an ASOS frock as “super flattering” – and it’s all thanks to the pattern.
Poppy Adams, who splits her time between Essex and Edinburgh, regularly shares her shopping hauls and styling tips on TikTok (@poppyadams92).

In a recent video, the size 22 beauty picked up five dresses in a huge ASOS haul.
And there was one animal print maxi that really impressed the fashionista.
Poppy admitted she feared the £38 frock “was either going to look amazing or horrific” when holding it up for the camera.
But she was completely won over after modelling it, with some clever lines on the pattern creating the perfect silhouette.
Poppy said: “It’s super super long.
“This is a super soft T-shirt material.
“It’s so comfy and because of the lines on this dress it makes it look super flattering.”
She added: “I also think it’s going to be super versatile. You could go heeled boots, normal heels for a night out, military boots, trainers.”
The fashion fan also bagged a stunning black smock dress from the online retailer’s Collusion collection (£29.99) and a £50 River Island zebra print midi dress which she said would be perfect for a wedding.
But she joked a £28 mini dress in purple butterfly print left her looking like a stuffed sausage while a tailored black midi dress was not her style at all.
“Either I was drunk when I ordered it, or they’ve just sent me the wrong thing”, she joked.
Poppy’s try on clip has racked up more than 34,600 views on social media.
And TikTok users are loving her buys as one gushed: “You certainly look amazing.”
Another, meanwhile, added: “Poppy it aint the clothes, it’s you. You look stunning every single time.”
