I’m plus size and did a Boohoo haul – there was a real mix ‘n’ match, one dress was gorgeous… sweat patches were a risk

They’re dresses and jumpsuits are perfect for attending summer weddings and can work well with whatever you have in your wardrobe. 

Fashion fan Elly shared a Boohoo and was pleasantly surprised with what arrivedtiktok/@lux_island

One plus size fashion fan shared her Boohoo haul in a TikTok video online. 

Starting off with the Boohoo Tassel hem wrap dress which is £33.35.

Elly said: “Can we take a moment for this dress please, can we take a damn moment?”

“Listen right Boohoo they do some of the most stunning occasion dresses.”

The fashion fan said the dress made her feel fantastic.

“This I feel insane, I feel f**king insane. I want to go to an event right now, look at the sleeves. I just feel a million dollars in this. It’s got a zip at the back but very easy to do up. It’s a fake wrap style, the tassels…”

Elly said she had originally wanted the dress in black but now believes she went with the better colour.

“I am absolutely in love. They had it in black but the black was sole out so f**k it will go for white… Gorgeous.”

Next she tried on the Occasion Satin Wrap Midi dress (£33.25). Though simple the fashion said it was actually really comfortable.

“I do love it. It definitely needs an iron, it’s heavily creased. It’s very basic, but very comfortable though.”

But maybe avoid this dress if it’s warm outside. 

“This is nice for a wedding evening guest. I feel like if it’s a summer’s day and you wore this you’re gonna have the biggest sweat patches.  It is nice that you’ve got this nice split arm here, which will allow a lot of air in.”

“It’s very comfortable, guys love the shade of gold. I think the most important thing with this is not only is it a nice dress it’s very comfy. 

Finished with the dresses the fashion fan moved onto jumpsuits. 

She tried on the Textured Slinky Cowl Neck Wide Leg Jumpsuit. 

She said: “I love this guy, this is gorgeous, I love this cowl neck, nice thin straps.”

However the fashion fan did point out there were no pockets.

“I know I’m tall but look how long my legs look in this. This is gorgeous and comfortable. If you don’t want your legs out, lovely. If you don’t want your arms out I would definitely suggest a blazer.

After trying on the jumpsuit with a blazer the fashion fan said: “Gorgeous, simple.” 

She said: “I think a pop of colour is better, with the black you can’t really see the outfit.”
