Florence Pugh has given fans a taste of what to expect from her potential cooking show after confirming it was in the works.

The Dune actress, 27, became a social media sensation during the pandemic with her Cooking With Flo series which saw up rustle up delicious dishes while in lockdown.

But while the Don’t Worry Darling star may have angered the indie community by taking on Marvel roles, she is being warmly embraced by the titans of TV.

In March, she confirmed on Josh Horowitz’s Happy Sad Confused podcast that a small screen series was ‘definitely happening’ and reiterated on Wednesday that ‘conversations are happening.’

Miss Flo also teased a few details about the potential series and revealed she had a clear vision about how she would want it produced.

She told Time: ‘If I were to make something, I wouldn’t want it to be polished or clean or fussy.’

When the show (hopefully) gets the greenlight, there will one common ingredient likely to be off the menu.

The Little Women star revealed that she despised water, branding the fluid ‘weird’ and ‘just boring.

‘I don’t drink it. You know when you’ve gone for a run and you want to gulp? I can’t gulp,’ she admitted.

‘I think my problem with it is this – it’s something we all supposedly need to drink every day of our live and it tastes like this – it could taste like elderflower pressé, but it doesn’t,’ Florence told hosts Ed Gamble and James Acaster on the Off Menu podcast.

She summed up her thoughts: ‘I’m just a bit annoyed that there was no creativity in the creation of water.’
