Liv Morgan has addressed WWE fans for the first time since suffering a devastating injury.
The AGE-year-old star and her tag partner Raquel Rodriguez were recently forced to relinquish the Women’s Tag Team Championships after Liv was rocked with an apparent shoulder injury during a recent match.
A couple of weeks ago on SmackDown, the champs retained their gold in a match against Damage CTRL duo Bayley and Dakota Kai, but on the May 20 episode it was confirmed the duo have been stripped of the gold.
New champions will be crowned on the May 29 edition of Monday Night Raw as Raquel teams up with Shotzi against the duos of Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green, Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler, and Damage CTRL duo Bayley and Iyo Sky.
Now, Liv has responded after a group of fans came together for a virtual ‘get well’ card featuring them all holding up their hands in a heart shape, adding: ‘We [love] U Liv. Get well soon. We will always watch U.’
Sharing the post with her followers, the former SmackDown Women’s Champion tweeted: ‘Thank you guys 🖤’
Meanwhile, it has since emerged that Dakota Kai could miss around nine months of action after getting hurt in the same bout.
She has undergone surgery for a torn ACL, with the news of the injury first revealed earlier this week on Monday Night Raw.

According to reports, the Dakota may have been injured while trying to protect Liv – who was hurt earlier on – as the match continued.
Coincidentally, Liv and Dakota are on the shelf at the same time as former WWE star Sasha Banks, who is now working in New Japan Pro Wrestling as Mercedes Mone.
She suffered an apparent broken ankle during the recent NJPW Resurgence event.

Plenty of fans have been sending best wishes to all three stars, with one person tweeting: ‘Seeing Dakota Kai, Mercedes Mone and Liv Morgan all injured sucks man hoping all 3 have speedy recoveries.’
Night of Champions airs Saturday, May 27 at 6pm on the WWE Network.
