A woman has had a lump of lead stuck in her hand for 45 years, and she’s now seeking help to get it removed.

The patient is on her way to see Dr Pimple Popper for help, after being left feeling ‘awkward’ and ‘uncomfortable’.

Dr Sandra Lee has helped a man with a ‘ginormous saggy lump’ on his hip, and a woman who went to see a wizard over her ‘third boob’.

But it’s not just lumps and bumps she’s here for, the cosmetic surgeon and dermatologist has helped patients across America with their range of skin problems, from ‘maggots in toes’ to cysts ‘smelling like scrambled eggs’.

In a new preview for the reality programme, a patient explains: ‘I have had a pencil lead in my hand for about 45 years.

‘I’ve had this since I was six years old, I’ve named her Kim.’

‘Kim tell the world hi,’ she jokes, while her partner waves at the lump.

She continues: ‘It feels tight, and a little pliable.’

He adds: ‘Feel it squish a little bit, it is a little firm, rubbery, and this is the most she’s ever let me touch it before because normally she’d be jerking away.

‘She’s been self-conscious for a long time.’

She admits: ‘It makes me feel awkward, uncomfortable, and I don’t want anyone playing with the bump in my hand.’

As her partner makes light of her last comment, she promises it’s ‘just him’ that can ‘play’ with the lead bump.

This comes after one patient teared up as she explained she’d tried to have bumps on her eyes removed, but they’d only grown back bigger.

She says: ‘They started off like little moles but then as time went on they grew bigger.

‘I had surgery but they came right back, then I had surgery the second time and they came back even bigger.’

As she fights back tears, the clip cuts to the patient feeling the bumps growing around her eyes, with several clumped on her inner and outer corners of both eyes.

‘It’s not normal,’ she weeps. ‘So it bothers me.’

Dr Pimple Popper airs on TLC in America.
