The daughter of Alice Evans and Ioan Gruffudd has filed for a restraining order against her dad and his new partner, Bianca Wallace, after a furious altercation according to reports.
Alice, 54, and Ioan, 49, share 13-year-old Ella Evans from their marriage, which lasted from 2007 until 2021.
Welsh actor Ioan is now in a relationship with 29-year-old Australian actress Bianca, who Ella alleges ‘slammed a door on her head’ which left her with ‘bruises’.
The incident is said to have occurred as she tried to flee their home amid a heated argument.
As a result of her explosive claims, the teenager filed for a restraining order against both her dad and his girlfriend in a Los Angeles court earlier this month.
Documents obtained by the Daily Mail (filed on May 31) show that the teen has requested a restraining order against Bianca for both herself and her nine-year-old sister Elsie.

Ella said she ‘is afraid that [she] will abuse and/or continue to allow abuse to happen to my sister too’.
The restraining order also reportedly includes a declaration submitted as evidence to support Ella’s case, in which she recounts an incident that she says took place at her father’s apartment on May 26.
This was when she is said to have met Bianca for the first time.
‘On Friday, May 26, 2023, I was at the West Hollywood Police Station which is where my parents make custody exchanges,’ Ella states, as Alice and Ioan are currently embroiled in a custody battle over Elsie.
‘My father picked me up, and he eventually drove me and my sister to his apartment for our overnight [stay].
‘I saw that my dad’s girlfriend, the Respondent, was at the apartment. I had known of the Respondent, but I had never met her before. I was so mad at my dad because this was an overnight visit, and I had told him in the past that I didn’t want to meet his girlfriend who was now his live-in girlfriend.’

Ella claims a row ensued over Bianca being at her dad’s home, with the youngster admitting to throwing food at Ioan.
She says she was ‘so upset’ with her him that she ‘threw milk on his bed, poured mustard on the floor, and threw raw oatmeal on him’.
Ella then alleges new girlfriend Bianca ‘slammed the door’ on her when she tried to leave, initially attempting to block her exit by ‘raising her arms’.
‘I was able to make my way around her, and I opened the door,’ the document continues. ‘I was able to walk halfway out the door, but while I was still in the door frame, the Respondent slammed the door on me, causing the door to hit me on the head as well as my arm. My arm got bruised, and I had a small bump on my head.’
The filing reportedly also includes photos of bruises on Ella’s arm and hand, which she says she sustained during the row.
Ella says she was eventually able to leave her dad’s apartment after when she ‘tried to run down the stairs’ as Ioan chased after her.

‘My dad caught up with me and he was trying to stop me from leaving and trying to grab me, and I kept dodging him. I kept screaming, “Don’t touch me! Don’t touch me!”,’ she recalls.
‘I was able to get away, and I ran outside with my sister (Elsie).’
Ella says that Ioan ran after his daughters and ‘eventually caught up to them’, alleging that she ‘yelled at him, “Your girlfriend slammed a door on me!” to which he responded, “No she didn’t, no she didn’t, stop lying”‘.’
She says she then phoned her nanny, Gloria Flores, to pick them up.
Ella says it was the following day when mum Alice saw the bruise on her arm and made the decision to call the cops.
In response to the incident, she alleges that Ioan and Bianca called her ‘abusive’, ‘narcissistic’, and ‘manipulative’.

The five-year restraining order she’s requesting will be put before a court on June 23.
If approved, the order would prevent Bianca from going within 100 yards of Ella, her sister, their home, their schools, and their car.
She is also asking that the court orders Bianca to pay her lawyer’s fees.
