Loose Women panellist Sophie Morgan has been left fuming after accusing British Airways of breaking her wheelchair for a second time.
The TV presenter, author and disability advocate launched the RightsOnFlights campaign earlier this year after her wheelchair was damaged by airport staff.
At the time Sophie said she didn’t feel ‘valued’ as a person and wanted to work to make air travel truly accessible for all.
But a few months down the line she has found herself in the same predicament all over again.
Posting a video on Instagram, Sophie said she was ‘absolutely f***ing raging’.
‘British Airways have broken my batec (battery-powered attachment),’ she said.
‘I arrived at the airport, and it was working and now I am reunited with it off the back of the plane and it is not working…again.

‘There is some sort of electrical fault and it’s not connecting when I turn the key in and so what does that tell you? It’s been manhandled.’
She added: ‘I honestly don’t think I can handle much more of this.’
Explaining how she was told to ‘put in a complaint through the website’ Sophie then said she’d had ‘no sleep’ and was ‘absolutely exhausted’.
After sharing her video, Sophie then posted on Twitter.
‘It’s happened AGAIN,’ she wrote.
‘British Airways have BROKEN my wheelchair.
‘I’m actually lost for words.’
In a statement to Metro.co.uk a British Airways spokesperson said: ‘We’re really sorry for our customer’s experience and are in direct contact with her to resolve the issue as we investigate what happened.’

When speaking about her £8,000 wheelchair being broken during an appearance on Loose Women in February, Sophie held back tears as she described the damage done.
‘I’m frustrated because this isn’t isolated – it keeps happening,’ she said.
‘It makes you feel you are not important and not valued.’
She went on to explain how she didn’t want to be ‘sitting here another time having this conversation again and again and again’.
Loose Women airs weekdays from 12.30pm on ITV1.
