Several players have found a way to make music in Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom and are recreating the series’ iconic melodies in-game.

Zelda players are always showing how inventive they are, making the most out of Tears Of The Kingdom’s new abilities, to battle the forces of evil or just create some cool contraptions.

Ultrahand has certainly become a game-changer, allowing you to bring players’ wildest creations to life, no matter how unconventional they may be.

Now, that very same ability has been used to make musical instruments in the game, with players recreating some of the most beloved tunes from the Zelda franchise.

To hit the notes, players are using a beam to strike multiple Zonai stakes placed close to each other, adjusting the pitch by how deeply the stake is buried in the ground – creating a unique xylophone-like instrument.

Of course, players jumped right into trying to play Tears Of The Kingdom’s beloved stable theme, and the results are truly remarkable.

In this clip, you can hear the actual tune playing in the background as the Zelda player skilfully strums along.

Ocarina Of Time’s music continues to make a lasting impact on players, as seen in this recreation of the game’s memorable Nocturne of Shadow song.

Even with just a few notes, it’s clear to distinguish the mysterious and melancholic vibe of this particular melody.

That wasn’t the only tribute to the original Ocarina Of Time melodies, as another player took a shot at recreating the beloved Song of Storms.

Given that it’s one of the most iconic tunes in the Zelda series, chances are you’ve heard it if you’ve played any previous instalments.

While this player didn’t confirm the specific tune they were playing, it seems to be the melody heard when exploring Hyrule Castle in Tears Of The Kingdom – just at a faster tempo.

But what’s even more mind-blowing is that the player has also managed to sprinkle some percussion into the mix.

Saving the best for last, we have some honourable mentions that, while not Zelda theme songs, are no less impressive.

In a surprising twist, one player crafted a snippet of Rick Astley’s ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’. The execution is so seamless that you’d almost believe Link himself was strumming away to the catchy tune.

There’s another melody that has caught our attention, but we’re struggling to identify its origin. If you have any suggestions about where this tune might be from, feel free to send us your suggestions.

You can now make your own music in Zelda 🤣
