Netflix’s annual Tudum Global fan event is on the way, and it promises to be a star-studded showcase for the streaming service.

With a look at movies and TV shows from both 2023 and beyond, the live event taking place in Brazil is one that Netflix fans will not want to miss.

From Chris Hemsworth taking to the stage to share details about his new movie Extraction 2 to Jenna Ortega discussing the future of Wednesday to Henry Cavill opening up about his final season of The Witcher, Netflix has teased plenty of reveals and surprises to come.

What time is Netflix’s live Tudum event in the UK?

The Tudum event will start streaming live from São Paulo’s Fundação Bienal in Ibirapuera Park at 9.30pm BST tonight – Saturday June 17.

For 2023 – its fifth edition – Tudum will be broadcast live for the very first time, with the program expected to last around two hours.

How to watch

There are a few ways you can watch the live coverage in the UK – as it will be live-streamed on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter via Netflix’s official accounts.

You can also live-stream it on Netflix itself,and you can even set a reminder for yourself using the show page for Tudum if you have a Netflix account.

What can you expect from Tudum 2023?

Netflix has confirmed that this year’s Tudum will showcase over 30 films and TV shows across the two hour event.

Lots of big titles have been confirmed, with there likely to be plenty of surprises kept secret for the occasion.

Many will contain announcements, first looks and news, while others will likely be debuting behind-the-scenes, bloopers, etc.

A number of celebrities and stars will also be in attendance to showcase their show and movies, including the aforementioned Hemsworth and Cavill, who will be joined by his Witcher cast mates Anya Chrlotra, Freya Allen and Joey Batey to reveal more about the upcoming third season.

Hollywood legend Arnold Schwarzenegger will be there to discuss his new show FUBAR, while Wonder Woman Gal Gadot will be upping the action stakes with a look at her new film Heart Of Stone.

For Bridgerotn fans, Nicola Coughlan will be in attendance to discuss the upcoming third season, while India Amrtelfio and Corey Mylchreest will be discussing the recent hit prequel series Queen Charlotte.

There will also be pre-recorded appearances from cast members from Heartstopper, Stranger Things, Wednesday, Emily In Paris, Cobra Kai, Love is Blind, You, Too Hot To Handle, and many more.

For fans in attendance in Ibirapuera Park, there are also immersive experiences to enjoy based around hit shows, including recreations of Love Is Blind’s pods and the regal gardens featured in Queen Charlotte.

As with any live event, exactly who or what will be appearing at the show is subject to change, but Netflix have promised that there will be lots of surprises on the night.
