Ioan Gruffudd has accused his ex-wife Alice Evans of setting up fake social media profiles to brand him and his girlfriend Bianca Wallace ‘child abusers’.

The former couple are locked in a bitter custody battle of their children after their eldest daughter, Ella, 13, requested a restraining order against Bianca for both herself and her nine-year-old sister Elsie.

In court documents obtained by MailOnline, Fantastic Four actor Ioan, 49, has claimed his ex, Alice, 54, has broken his restraining order which blocks her from mentioning him on social media for three years.

‘There have been a number of anonymous social media accounts set up on Twitter naming Bianca and myself “child abusers”, and making incredibly slanderous and defamatory claims,’ he said in court papers.

‘Alice has slipped up a number of times on these accounts, making clear the “anonymous” accounts are her accounts.’

He continued: ‘Alice has made thousands of false, threatening and harassing posts about me on social media, and she has made false and harassing statements about me to the media.’

The publication reports Ioan has made several further claims in documents filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court, including how Alice allegedly screamed at him outside his Los Angeles home and called him a ‘f***ing abuser’ and ‘abusive c***’ in front of Ella.

He also alleged that she told him: ‘I’m going to tell my lawyer that you punched me last week. It’s going to be like Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. It’s not going to end well for you.’

Ioan went on to claim that Alice on one occasion accused him of ‘taking away my kids’, called him a ‘f***ing p***y’ and ‘evil’, called his mother a ‘c***’, and told Ella she did not want to see her for a few days, yelling: ‘The babies can stand up for me or they can f*** off’.

He also maintains that Ella poured milk over his and Bianca’s bed, as well as writing ‘f**’ in mustard over the kitchen counter and floors.

Earlier this month, fresh details about an alleged altercation that led to Ella filing for a restraining order against his new partner Bianca were revealed.

Ella has alleged that Bianca ‘slammed a door on her head’ which left her with ‘bruises’.

The incident is said to have occurred as she tried to flee their home amid a heated argument.

‘I was able to make my way around her, and I opened the door,’ she said in a court document.

‘I was able to walk halfway out the door, but while I was still in the door frame, the Respondent [Bianca] slammed the door on me, causing the door to hit me on the head as well as my arm. My arm got bruised, and I had a small bump on my head.’

The filing reportedly also includes photos of bruises on Ella’s arm and hand, which she says she sustained during the row.

The five-year restraining order she’s requesting will be put before a court on June 23.

If approved, the order would prevent Bianca from going within 100 yards of Ella, her sister, their home, their schools, and their car.

She is also asking that the court orders Bianca to pay her lawyer’s fees.
