I’m a fashion expert – how to stop chafing in the summer heat and also protect you from ‘swampy bum’

A FASHION expert has fixed the chafing dilemma her followers have admitted to having.

The summer heat is no match to her hacks for preventing “swampy bum.”

Andrea posted a video to help her followers with their chafing problemsYouTube/andreasfashiongalaxy

The first suggestion she made was to wear shorts or shapewear under a flowy skirtYouTube/andreasfashiongalaxy

“Some of you said that you have problems with chafing down here,” Andrea (@andreasfashiongalaxy) said in her video.

“What do you do?”

During the hot weather season, nothing feels worse than sticky legs under a flowy skirt, and Andres knows that.

Her first suggestion was to try wearing a pair of shapewear or shorts underneath the skirt.

However, that could still be uncomfortable for some women.

So, Andrea proposed a different option for bottoms.

She recommended putting on a pair of airy trousers instead.

“Ideally, in black, because remember, when you wear black, it’s less likely that people will notice your swampy bum,” the style pro admitted.

Andrea used “swampy bum” to refer to sweat that can accumulate on and around your behind.

But if you don’t want to wear dark shades, no problem.

Andrea said to wear flowy trousers in light colors as long as they are made of breathable fabric.

Linen or cotton pants make for great options.

Your chafing issues should be resolved as long as the pants have ventilation.

Pleased fashion fans thanked Andrea for her tips to stop their sweaty legs from rubbing together.

“Yes! Both are the options I go for,” an excited woman admitted.

She added: “Bike shorts are far better to use vs shorts made as undergarments.”

Another helpful woman commented: “There are also anti-chafing sticks on the market!”

“The white flowy trousers look so classy. I love them,” one awed viewer wrote.

Additionally, she recommended switching to flowy trousers made of breathable material, black or whiteYouTube/andreasfashiongalaxy
